Taylor, Marni, and I headed down to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
I truly felt my Ohioan pride as we walked through the gorgeous scenery.
Everything was simply so green. It was a bit of a struggle through the random dark patches, but Taylor and I made it work with the few light patches we came across.
We did a lot of hair photos with Marni since a.) she has great hair and b.) Taylor is a pro at hair photos.
When I first met Taylor on Instagram, I was fascinated by her hair flip photos. Hair and photos brought us together, true story.
Marni has been used to the way I go through shoots. She’s used to be going “to the left, your other left, the other left,” or, “look less miserable.” Here and there, though, she’ll get confused by my non-coherent demands.
She always makes it work.
Further down the path showed the reason it was called “The Ledges”, there were ledges.
When I first created a studio in my house, Marni came over. We tested out the lights and poses, she’s helped me grow a lot over the last year or so.
One of the poses we use often that was created up in the studio is the “I-hate-Mom” look.
It’s the epitome of teenage rebellion face and I love it.
My favorite from the shoot is the one I posted on my Instagram.
As always, I got my stalker photos of Taylor.
